The apartment is situated on the 7th floor. There is parking for 200 cars.

The space

As mentioned earlier. 1 bedroom with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom with a single. The living-room has a sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a modest balcony facing the ocean.

The living room is equipped with Air Conditioning with inverter to heat in the winter. The bedrooms do not have Air Conditioning.

There is private parking around the building, when it´s full it is full. You can park for free around 200 metres from the apartment.

Other things to note

Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the utilities included. You pay your consumption of water and electricity separately. We take the numbers of the meters when you arrive and when you leave. The difference is your consumption.

Tourist Tax

The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made 14th of March 2024.
The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1St April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.

During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash, bank transfer or through Airbnb.
