The space

The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet; there is a separate toilet next to the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, stove, oven, and dryer.

On site, you will find a garden, a small playground, and a barbecue area where you can grill.

Guest Access

The apartment, pool, and common areas are at your disposal.

Other things to note

Stays of 28 nights or more do not include services. You pay for your water and electricity consumption separately. We take the meter readings upon your arrival and departure. The difference is your consumption.

Tourist Tax

The Portimão council has implemented a tourist tax. From bookings made on March 14, 2024, the tax is €2 per night per person aged 13 or older, with a maximum stay of 7 nights. This applies from April 1st to October 31st (high season). During the low season, the tax is €1 per night.

The tourist tax is paid during check-in; you can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or through Airbnb.
