The space
A comfortable apartment with plenty of light. We have air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
Other things to note
“Mi casa e su casa” In other words. Make yourself at home and treat the apartment as if it were your own.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house; you can smoke on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
Long-term rentals are for 28 nights or more. Utilities are not included in the price of long-term rentals. Meter readings are taken during check-out and check-out. The difference is your consumption. You pay for what you used during your stay, and the prices are those mentioned on the utility bill.
Tourist Tax
The Portimão council has implemented a tourist tax. From bookings made after March 14th, the tax is €2 per night per person aged 13 or older, with a maximum stay of 7 nights. This applies from April 1st to October 31st (high season). During the low season, the tax is €1 per night.
During check-in, the tourist tax is paid; you can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or through Airbnb.
