Welcome to my lovely apartment. I live here during the winter and in the summer you can enjoy this modern 1 bedroom apartment during your holiday.

The apartment is on the 4th floor you have view over the pool but also a wide view to the beach of Praia dos 3 Castelos, Praia do Vau and even Lagos.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and in the living-room / kitchen we have a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped ofcourse and also the bathroom has everything you can expect of a bathroom.

My apartment is great for families with older children or a couple.

Guest access

Guests can access the pool ofcourse and they can park their car on the private car park. You don´t have a private space so when the park is full, it´s full.

Other things to note

Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the utilities included. You pay your consumption of water and electricity separately. We take the numbers of the meters when you arrive and when you leave. The difference is your consumption.

Tourist Tax

The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made 14th of March 2024.
The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1St April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.

During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash or bank transfer.
