Situated in a quiet residential area. The nearest beaches are Praia da Rocha (3.7 km away), Praia do Vau (2.9 km), Praia dos Três Irmãos (4.3 km), and the easiest for parking is Praia do Torralta (4.6 km).
Supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 5 km radius.
The space
On the ground floor, you will find a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, one bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious living room with direct access to the pool and garden.
Next to the kitchen, there is a glazed and enclosed patio with a large dining table and a charcoal barbecue. Outside, you will find the swimming pool, a gas BBQ, sun loungers, and a large outdoor dining table.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One is a master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The other two are large bedrooms with access to a spacious terrace and share a large bathroom.
Last but not least, there is a basement with a gym so you can stay fit during your holiday (or work off the pastéis de nata). The games room is perfect for watching a movie or connecting your console.

SEF requirements
All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To comply, we may request a photo of your ID or ask you to complete a form.
Tourist tax
The Municipality of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax, applicable to bookings made from March 14, 2024.
The tax is €2 per night per person aged 13 and over, up to a maximum of 7 nights, from April 1st to October 31st (high season). During the low season, the tax is €1 per night.
The tourist tax is payable at check-in and can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, or via Airbnb.
