Laurent’s place T2

Welcome to our apartment. We are a retired French couple. During the summer we rent out our apartment so you can also enjoy our apartment.

The apartment is a great getaway as it´s situated between beach and city.
It is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We have 2 bedrooms. One of them has a bathroom ensuite and also air conditioning.

The livingroom has Air Conditioning as well.

In the hallway there is a second bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is semi open.
All rooms have access to the balcony.

Guest access

You can use everything in the apartment.

Other things to note

Feeling at home means that you´re comfortable and feeling safe. Feeling at home also means that you have some responsebilities.
When you finish something replace it with a similar product, the other guests shall appreciate it.

Tourist Tax

The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made after 14th of March.
The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1st April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.

During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash, bank transfer or through Airbnb.
