We offer tailored solutions for owners who wish to monetize their properties through rentals.

We started our business in 2016 with our own apartment and have grown consistently since then. Currently, we manage a variety of apartments and houses in Portimão and Alvor.

Over the years we have built our own team and network of partners, allowing us to guarantee all the necessary services for the efficient management of properties.

Founders

Emiel Claassen

Born and raised in Amsterdam (Netherlands), he moved to Portimão in 2015 seeking a change of scenery and career. In the Netherlands, he worked in finance, mainly in accounting and controllership. Emiel has worked for several auditing firms.

Languages: Dutch, English, and Portuguese.

Fredik Santos

Born and raised in Portimão, he holds a degree in Business Management. He joined Casa Mealheiro in 2018.

Languages: Portuguese, English, and Swedish.
