Other things to note

Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the costs of water and electricity included. This is paid seperately in cash based upon your consumption.

Tourist Tax

The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made on 14th of March 2024. The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1St April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.

During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash, bank transfer or through Airbnb.
