T2 Oasis Park

There are 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and access to the balcony, and the master bedroom with a double bed. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, and the second bedroom has a bathtub.

The living room opens onto the balcony and includes a sofa, TV, 2 chaise lounges, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, built-in fridge and freezer, and everything you need for cooking and daily living.

Last but not least, a 130 Mbps Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the apartment.

Guest Access
Guests have 2 access cards for the swimming pool. If you want to play tennis, you can reserve a court at the reception.

Everything in the apartment is at your disposal.

Other Things to Note
For questions about tickets for waterparks, boat trips, car rentals, transfers, etc., ask Emiel or Elsa.

If something is dirty, please clean it.
If something is broken, inform Emiel or Elsa.

Long-Term Rentals
Long-term stays are 28 nights or longer. Utilities are not included in the long-term rental price. You pay for what you use during your stay, according to the utility company invoices.

Tourist Tax
The Portimão City Council has implemented a tourist tax.
The tax is €2 per night per person aged 13 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights, from April 1 to October 31 (high season). In low season, the tax is €1 per night.

The tourist tax is payable at check-in, either in cash, by bank transfer, or via Airbnb.
