The space

You can enjoy the sun all day on the balcony which is facing south and west. Sunbathing is no problem there is always sun on the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher , oven, stove, large fridge and freezer.

A spacious livingroom with a dining table and sofa and a sofa bed.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable bed of 160cm x 200cm.

Guest access

The whole apartment and private garage space are at your disposal.

Other things to note

Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the costs of water, electricity and gas included. These costs are paid separately based upon your consumption. The numbers of the meters are taken when you arrive and when you leave.

Tourist Tax

The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made after 14th of March.
The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1st April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.

During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash, bank transfer or through Airbnb.
