This is the centre of Portimão, at the end of the Rua das Lojas (Street of stores). Café, shops and restaurants where the locals spend their money.

The apartement is on the top floor (5th) and there is an elevator.

If needed you can use the parking garage at Alameda for an additional fee, contact the parking garage.

Other things to note

Stays of 28 nights (winter lets) or more do not have the utilities included (electricity and water). We take the numbers of the meter upon arrival and when you leave the difference is your consumption. We use the unit prices as mentioned on the invoices.

Tourist Tax

The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made after 14th of March.
The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1st April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.

During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash, bank transfer or through Airbnb.
